The committee exists to promote the professional development of teachers of mathematics.

Most recently, the Committee has been finding ways in which we can implement the Membership survey results and feedback.

Shanghai Maths

Title:               Shanghai Maths

Time:               7 pm – 9 pm.

Summary:       A session about Shanghai maths, following a visit by Lauren Johnston (Tudor Grange Academy) to Shanghai and now Yuanyuan Zhu and Huifen Jin from Shanghai who will be here in Birmingham, teaching our students. They will be here to talk about the planning, teaching and curriculum in Shanghai and getting us to do some Shanghai mathematics!
