Most recently, the Committee has been finding ways in which we can implement the Membership survey results and feedback.

Following his very successful webinar on Metacognition, Nathan Burns, Mr Metacognition himself, has agreed to take a deeper look into some of the topics he touched briefly upon in April. 

How to develop Mathematical language in the classroom

 Language presents such a huge barrier to being an effective Mathematician.

 This session will explore quite why language is so important in the Maths classroom, and provide a range of strategies that can be utilised across the curriculum and lessons to support with language acquisition.

 Providing you with a range of easy to implement and effective approaches, this is one session not to miss! Suitable for teachers in all age phases.
