The committee exists to promote the professional development of teachers of mathematics.

Most recently, the Committee has been finding ways in which we can implement the Membership survey results and feedback.

Title:              A whistle stop tour of ideas!

Summary:     During this session we will try out a variety of activities designed to engage pupils in their learning, develop their understanding and problem solving skills, and also to realise how much fun maths can be. Be ready to complete some maths, win some prizes and enjoy working together. All the resources shared will be available via drop box and most are easily adaptable for different ages and abilities. 

Venue:           University of Leicester, Museum Studies Building, 19 University Road, Leicester, LE1 7RH.

Cost:              There is an entrance fee for those in work (£5) and for GTP/PGCE students (£2).
