The Mathematical Association congratulate the UK IMO team in their recent success 26 July 2016

The Mathematical Association congratulate the UK IMO team in their recent success at the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) in Hong Kong. The UK team was equal 7th out of 109 participating countries (and top in Europe), achieving its best place since 1996.

The six students: Joe Benton, Jacob Coxon, Lawrence Hollom, Warren Li, Neel Nanda and Harvey Yau were accompanied by the Team Leader and Chair of the IMO, Dr Geoff Smith and the Deputy Team Leader, Dominic Yeo.
