The committee exists to promote the professional development of teachers of mathematics.

Most recently, the Committee has been finding ways in which we can implement the Membership survey results and feedback.

‘Sequencing matters’ with Jemma Sherwood

Sequencing matters. What we draw children’s attention to matters. In this meeting we will look at the co-development of conceptual understanding and procedural fluency through the lens of creating a unit of work and we will interrogate the decisions we make when deciding what to teach, when to teach it and how to teach it.
