This session explores how Chat GPT, a language model, can support and enhance mathematics education.
We'll delve into the mathematical principles underpinning language models, and demonstrate how maths teachers can leverage this technology to enhance teaching efficiency.
Additionally, we'll discuss how students can use Chat GPT to support their maths learning journey.
The session will also highlight Chat GPT's role in facilitating mathematics, intertwining it with computer programming and data visualisation, showcasing its potential as an educational tool in modern mathematics teaching and learning.
