Kat is the Deputy Headteacher and maths lead at Rocklands School, Lichfield.

Alan chose to interview Kat because she had worked closely with Les Staves' teachings and works, particularly his book 'Very Special Maths'. Les is a long-time supporter of Equals and has hosted webinars and written many articles in Equals Online, the free journal for SEND.
